Everything that has made the Gold Coast famous is easily accessible with many well known attractions being within walking distance such as Pacific Fair (shopping) and the great people watching Broadbeach cafe scene. The Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre are also near. And of course, life-guard patrolled lovely Mermaid Beach itself, is moments away at the end of our road. Park View has a pool, heated spa and sauna and bbq area. The complex is fully secured and guests have their own safe underground parking bay. It are an ideal choice for couples in particular or small groups looking for a wonderfully located, relaxed alternative. Being completely self-contained, each air-conditioned apartment offers all the comforts of home including cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Park View is a totally NON SMOKING COMPLEX. For their own comfort andfor the comfort of other guests, dedicated smokers are recommended to stay elsewhere.

  Direction

  1. Mermaid Beach Park View is in Ventura Road which runs from the "surf side" of the Gold Coast Highway down to the beach. Driving south, soon after passing Broadbeach / Pacific Fair, Ventura Road is approached from the left and if driving north along Hedges Avenue, is also approached from the left. The regular buses which travel up and down the Coast stop very close by. For incoming holiday-makers, Gold Coast Airport (at Coolangatta) is around 20 minutes away by bus or taxi and the railway station at Robina is even closer. Regular door-to-door shuttles operate from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane Domestic and International airports.

  Child Policy

  1. Rates for One Brm Apartment are for 2 people sharing one queen bed. Extra guests, incl children are charged at $28.00 p.n.
     Rates for Two Brm Apartment are for 4 people. Bed configuration is one queen bed and two single beds. Infant charged at $5/night plus $5/night for a cot if required.
     

  Car Parking Facilities

  1. Every apartment is allocated an undercover security carpark, accessed by a personal security fob.

  Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cancel or amend your booking more than 5 days a 1 night cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel less than 5 days (120hours), a 3 night cancellation and amendment fee will apply. If you cancel your booking less than 1 day or No Show 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
